A nutritious snack packed with oats, bananas, and protein powder, perfect for sustaining energy levels throughout the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, mashed banana, protein powder, peanut butter, cranberries, flaked coconut, chopped almonds, chia seeds, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the greased pan and top with sweetened flaked coconut.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Allow the bars to cool for at least 15 minutes, then cut into squares after cooling completely.

Notes

For variations, substitute almond butter for sunflower seed butter and use plant-based protein powder for a vegan option.
