Delicious Baked Cranberry Brie Bites featuring creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky puff pastry, perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)Ensure even cooking and browning for your bites.
  2. Grease a mini muffin tinThis will help the pastry release easily after baking.
  3. Prep pastryRoll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares. Press each square gently into the muffin cups to create a shell.
  4. Layer the flavorPlace a cube of brie into each pastry cup, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce. If desired, sprinkle some chopped candied pecans on top.
  5. BakeBake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning!
  6. Garnish & ServeLet them cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with a tiny sprig of rosemary.
