Crispy air fryer sliced potatoes are a healthier alternative to traditional fries, seasoned to perfection and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds (about 1/8-inch thick).
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the seasoned potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze them for up to 1 month. Reheat in the air fryer for the best results.
